Skill requirements

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. Responsibilities will include creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, conducting competitive analysis, managing social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns. The role also involves collaboration with other teams to align marketing efforts with the company’s branding and storytelling objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with strategy and account personnel to define campaign objectives, target audiences, channel mix, budgets, timelines and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns (Google-Ads / Display / YouTube) — keyword research, bidding strategy, landing-page coordination.
  • Plan, execute and optimise social media advertising (Meta-Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) including audience segmentation, creatives liaison, A/B testing, performance tracking.
  • Technical and content-SEO: auditing sites, keyword research, on-page optimisation (meta tags, schema, content structure), liaising with content/development teams, monitoring off-page signals, backlinks, and domain authority.
  • Performance-marketing optimisation: tracking full-funnel conversions, using data to scale winning campaigns and prune under-performers.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Ads dashboards, Meta Business Manager, etc.) to monitor performance, prepare regular dashboards and insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, best practices and bring new ideas (e.g., new ad formats, automation, programmatic) to the table.
  • Manage budgets and pacing for paid channels, ensure no overspend, and deliver cost-efficient results.
  • Coordinate with creative, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure landing pages, site speed, tracking setup (conversion tags, pixels) and creatives are optimised for performance.
  • Document processes, create optimised workflows for campaign setup, monitoring, reporting and optimisation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years (or more) hands-on experience in a digital marketing / agency environment executing paid search + social campaigns + SEO.
  • Proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns, with strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, Quality Score, conversion tracking.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok with audience segmentation, creative testing, optimisation, reporting.
  • Strong SEO fundamentals — technical, on-page and off-page; you’ve executed or supported SEO campaigns and can interpret SEO analytics.
  • Good analytical skills — ability to interpret campaign data, draw actionable insights, and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Meta Business Manager, Excel/Google Sheets for dashboards and reporting.
  • Solid project-management skills: able to manage multiple campaigns/clients simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present results and insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Self-starter: proactive, curious, keeps up with fast-changing digital-marketing landscape; willing to test, learn, iterate.
  • Agency mindset: comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple clients/domains.
  • Experience in a creative or branding agency is a plus
