Renewable Energy India Expo has successfully curated and hosted the expo for 11 years. It is a combination of indigenous entrepreneurship and unparalleled industry collaboration. The expo has today become a one-stop platform for global stakeholders to showcase their cutting-edge products and unleash the immense power of technology and innovation.
A similar mandate was undertaken by us for Renew X which is an offshoot of the Renewable Energy India Expo targeted towards southern India.
Drive an aggressive digital lead generation campaign to increase registration and attendance at the Expo. A strong digital and social media presence were desired by the team much before the event.
A lead generation campaign cannot be successful without a well-designed, responsive form on the landing pages. Right at the outset, we proposed new landing pages to the partners, stressing the importance of responsiveness and an intuitive architecture for conversions. With regular analytics and recommendations, we were able to improve the user experience and customize it for each separate event. Perceptively planned google display and AdWords campaigns coupled with tracking codes and reporting help drive relevant traffic to the landing pages of the events. During the event, we planned a mix of paid and organic campaigns on their social media handles to generate the reach of the event and push visitors to the venue. We were successful in overachieving targets for all of the events of Renew India.
